Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc. was established in 2003 for the purpose of assisting companies in all areas of business development. The history of Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc. actually dates back to the mid-80s where our team began their careers as product managers, entertainment executives and directors of operations.
For over 15 years, the teams has brought various technology products to market for Sony Corporation, Fujitsu Systems of America and a number of other companies in the entertainment and high-tech industries. In addition, our team has extensive experience selling products nationwide in various channels including convenience stores, coffee shops and quick service restaurants. The team also gained valuable consulting experience building business models and creating due diligence documentation that ultimately helped companies raise over $120 million in early stage equity capital.
The valuable experience of our management and advisors, combined with existing investment community relationships, technology partnerships, and an unrelenting drive to build a successful portfolio of companies, was the foundation on which Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc. was built.

Our long and proud tradition of business development consulting, together with our innovative approach to overcoming challenges, positions us as a truly unique firm. Part of our uniqueness begins with our selection philosophy.
We are extremely selective, and are constantly searching for the best management teams to work with. Identifying emerging growth companies is an art, not a science. It requires a sharply-honed and proven instinct for picking winners. Every year, we see many thousands of business plans, most of them from energetic entrepreneurs who sincerely believe that they've discovered a niche, a formula, or a business that will make them wealthy beyond their wildest dreams--if only they can find the capital to get them started properly. Of those we meet, we will offer to help less than one percent.
In making our judgments, we look at a number of decisive factors. We look for vision. We look for emerging technologies. We look for significant business opportunities. But most important, we look for the hardest thing to identify: great management. Just as a thoroughbred requires the right jockey to be a winner, new companies and new products require the right management team behind them.
